Early access · the academy for AI

LEVEL UP how your whole team uses AI.

Acadmi turns the AI tools your team already uses into levels, streaks and a shared leaderboard. Product, support, design, data and engineering get better at AI by using it every day, and you can finally see it happening.

THE PROBLEM

Your company bought AI. Is anyone getting good at it?

Licences are easy to buy. Habits are not. Most teams can't tell who uses AI well, who has stopped trying, or what would help.

Usage is invisible

You can't coach what you can't see. Without a picture of how AI gets used, adoption stalls quietly.

Skill is uneven

A few people get a lot out of AI. Most never get past the basics, and nobody knows who is who.

Training doesn't stick

One workshop, then back to old habits. Getting good at AI takes daily practice, not a slide deck.

HOW IT WORKS

Practice becomes a game. Progress becomes visible.

Acadmi reads the usage data your AI tools already produce, turns it into a game people want to play, and shows team leads where coaching helps.

  1. 01

    INSTALL

A small app on each computer, set up in about 30 seconds. Everyone signs in with their company Google account and it starts counting.

  2. 02

    PLAY

Every session earns XP. Levels, day streaks, trophies and a team leaderboard turn using AI well into a daily habit.

  3. 03

    IMPROVE

Team leads see adoption, trends and who has gone quiet, so coaching and support go where they help most.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for everyone who uses AI, not only engineers.

Players get a reason to practise. Leads get the picture they need to help.

FOR EVERYONE

Your own progress, on your own screen

  • Levels and XP for every session, so improvement feels like progress
  • Day streaks and trophies that reward building the habit
  • A personal dashboard that runs on your own computer
  • Plan-limit gauges so you know how much of your AI plan is left
  • The team leaderboard, a little friendly competition
FOR TEAM LEADS

The picture you need to help your team

  • Adoption at a glance: who is active, who is new, who has gone quiet
  • Trends over time by team and group
  • Usage mix: which tools and models people actually use
  • Goals and gentle reminders to keep momentum going
  • Optional quality and delivery views when you connect SonarQube or Jira

PRIVACY

Volume and metadata. Never your prompts, code or files.

Acadmi measures how much AI gets used and how, never what people type. That's what makes it a game people opt into, not a tool they fear.

COLLECTED

  • Token counts (input, output, cache) and imputed cost
  • Your identity: your work email
  • Model name and session ID
  • Activity counters: sessions, commits, pull requests, reviews, active days
  • Skill, agent and plugin names, repo name (owner/repo), configured MCP server names

NEVER COLLECTED

  • Prompt text or AI responses
  • Your code or file contents
  • Tool arguments, inputs or outputs
  • Anything from traces, which are discarded entirely

FAQ

Questions teams ask first

Is this a way to monitor people?

No. Acadmi counts how much AI gets used and how, never what anyone types, codes or writes. The leaderboard is a game people play together; the team view is there so leads can help, not police.

Which AI tools does it work with?

Today, Claude Code (terminal and desktop app) and OpenAI's Codex CLI. We're adding more AI tools, and the waitlist is the best way to tell us which ones your team needs.

Where does our data live?

We host it for you; on Enterprise it runs on your own server and database. People sign in with your company's Google accounts, and you choose which email domains can join.

Is it only for developers?

No. Anyone who uses AI at work can play: product, support, design, data, operations and engineering. Everyone levels up in the same game.

How much does it cost?

We're onboarding a small number of early teams first. Join the waitlist and we'll find an arrangement that fits your team.
